For over 30 years, I've driven transformative change, operational excellence & business growth in the F&B sector. I've worked with Restaurants, FMCGs, Catering services and QSRs, at various points in their life-cycle.
My roster of clients and projects includes some of the who's who in the restaurant and food industry! I've had the privilege of working with The Olive Bar & Kitchen, Izumi , and Swati Snacks, to name just a few! I continue to consult and run projects, focusing on efficiency and growth for all my clients.
For over half a decade, I have mentored leaders in decision making and problem solving using the Intrapreneurial / Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) mindset. I also conduct leadership interventions through one-on-one coaching and group workshops across all sectors.
My latest book "Beyond the Menu: A Restaurant Start-up Guide", published by Jaico, is now on Amazon. I've written extensively for Forbes India & DNA Money on entrepreneurship and leadership. I have delivered invited speeches at The Indian Chamber of Commerce & IIM-Ahmedabad, and coached at organizations including Carnival Support Services India, General Mills and NIS Sparta.
It is through my own personal journey of fitness with sports, yoga, and martial arts, that I am able to empower others to deal with workplace challenges, achieve professional goals and become the best versions of themselves!
