Chef Vernon Coelho

The Late Chef Vernon Coelho, a renowned culinary educator from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, promoted Indian cuisine globally. He lectured on food preparation and demonstrated it in Australia and Mauritius. He also served as a Guest Chef on Silversea Cruises and the QE II, specializing in Indian cuisine. He taught at his alma mater, connected students with job opportunities, contributed to culinary literature, was a Guest Faculty at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London and Founding President of the Western India Culinary Association (WICA).
