Carnival Support Services India (CSSI) is a 100% subsidiary of Carnival Corporation and PLC, the world's largest leisure company, owning brands like Carnival Cruise Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, Costa Cruises and Seabourn, reached out to me in Aug 2023.

The primary requirement was to design & deliver an Executive MBA-style program for their mid-to-senior level leaders of all departments, having between 8 to 25 years of work experience.

The program had to be something “beyond theory” & needed to have a real-world, practical angle.

I designed & delivered a customized module of 8 half-day sessions that included:

Impact

I had deep & engaging real-world Q n A with the leaders, and shared practical approaches on how they could respond to their challenges. Through the conversation, I realized there was a visible newfound approach in their thinking.

Nevertheless, the true impact cannot be measured and it unfolds over time. However, the fact that CSSI has scheduled a 2-day offsite with me in June 2024, leads me to believe that there is a visible impact across the organization.
